Project: in a context of rapid growth, the Client needed to 1) clarify what makes the growth sustainable and 2) build engagement by the senior management team. A 2-day workshop allowed to point out strengths and weakness in the organisation that were not acknowledged earlier. The management team also developed its own guiding principles for taking strategic decisions in a fast changing context.

Project: before launching a major reorganisation process planned over several years, the Client wanted to 1) establish clear goals for the first year, 2) identify major blocking points, and 3) get the management team's commitment to the project. In a full-day workshop the management team produced a clear roadmap for the first 12 months of the project, and each manager took ownership for a set of actions.

Project: the Client asked to build engagement in a R&D department (60+ people) to establish a more agile culture. Through a series of tailored workshop, all R&D staff and mangers had the opportunity to point out opportunities and weaknesses in the work flow. Then they drafted solutions to build a more agile workflow, defining actions that could be implemented in 3 to 6 months.
